Return and Exchange Policy
Welcome to bammrr men's clothing! To ensure that you have a worry-free shopping experience, we have formulated the following detailed return and exchange policy, please read it carefully:
Return and Exchange Conditions
Time requirement: You can apply for return and exchange within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods. It will not be accepted after the deadline, please check the condition of the goods in time.
Product status: The goods must be kept in their original state, including but not limited to the intact product tag, unworn, no stains, no damage, complete accessories, and intact outer packaging (if any). If the product has been used, washed, damaged by human factors, or the tag is missing, you will not be able to enjoy the return and exchange service.
Quality problems: If the product has quality problems (such as damage, serious color difference, size does not match the description and other non-human factors), we will unconditionally handle the return and exchange for you, and bear the return shipping costs. For returns and exchanges that are not quality issues, you must bear the shipping costs yourself.
Return and Exchange Process
Submit an application: Log in to your bammrr account, enter the [Order Details] page, click the [Apply for Return and Exchange] button, fill in the reason for return and exchange, select the return and exchange method (return or exchange), and upload photos of product problems (if any) according to the system prompts. You can also send an email to service@bammrr.com, with [Order Number + Return and Exchange Application] in the email title, detailing your return and exchange needs.
Review and Processing: Our customer service team will review your application within 1-2 working days. After the review is passed, you will receive an email notification containing the return and exchange address and operation instructions; if the review is not passed, we will also inform you of the reason in a timely manner.
Returning the product: After receiving the review approval notification, please pack the product properly and choose a reliable logistics method to return it to the following address:
Return address: No. 3258, Nanting Road, Fengxian District, Shanghai
Please include the order number or indicate your name and contact information in the package so that we can quickly confirm receipt.
Refund or Exchange: After we receive the goods you sent back, we will complete the inspection within 1-3 working days. If the goods meet the return and exchange conditions:
Return: The refund will be returned to your payment account by the original route, and it is expected to arrive in 1-7 working days. The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment institution and the bank.
Exchange: We will re-ship you within 1-3 working days. If the goods are out of stock, we will communicate with you in time to find a solution.
Notes
To avoid damage to the goods during transportation, please choose appropriate packaging materials to ensure the safe delivery of the goods.

For returns and exchanges due to quality problems, you can apply for freight reimbursement with valid logistics vouchers; return freight for non-quality problems must be borne by you.
